1 DIY

The documents freely available on our home page are our ‘DIY’ solution. We suggest the actions you could take and you personalize them to your situation.

You could use these documents for your personal use or share them with your team to facilitate innovation in your organization.

Here's how...

1. Share the Book Rapper issue with your participants

2. Ask them to read it and note any questions.

3. Invite them to a 2 1/4 hour meeting.

4. In the first hour, go through each page and discuss the book.

5. Then, take a 15 minute break.

6. Return to discuss how you can apply the issues that have been raised to your personal situation.

7. Finish with some specific actions to implement.

This could be your free in-house monthly innovation and leadership program that discusses important business issues and trends and how they impact you.

2 Custom

We also design custom solutions for your unique situation. This could be discussing individual issues or a collective design of multiple issues tailored to your situation.

This can be delivered in a variety of ways depending upon what you need. For example:

One-on-one or small group sessions could be in the form of coaching or mentoring. Available as one-off sessions or in blocks. And, via phone, webinar or face-to-face.

Facilitating small groups through the monthly issues along the lines of the DIY solution above. These are offered as public events or in-house. We can also facilitate strategic planning meetings that can incorporate a number of trends into a singular focus for your organization.

Keynote presentations to conferences or in-house groups outlining individual Book Rapper issues or multiple issues. Our speciality is to design a custom solution for your industry: What and how are these trends transforming your industry? And, what are the best ways for you to profit from them?
